职位描述:
REPORTS TO:Team Leader KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES: -Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing and prospective corporate clients and maximize relationship revenues and within acceptable risk parameters -Achieve agreed revenue and volume targets in respect of the portfolio designated with specific objectives -Actively cross-sell non-lending products and services offered by the bank to corporate clients in co-operation with product partners and ensure annual financial target is met -Maximize CR Portfolio Economic Profits whilst minimizing bad debts -Build long term relationships with clients' key decision-makers and fully understand clients' needs and business/strategic aspirations in the medium to long term -Contribute to regional CR business strategy and contribute to both onshore and offshore revenue targets -Keep highly abreast of significant developments in industriesspecialized and regulatory front for the purpose of assessing business dynamics, potential risks associated with the exposures and identify any business opportunities -Maintain portfolio's credit quality and ensure compliance with Group Policies, Country/Business Underwriting Standards and local regulations -Ensure timely financial spreading, credit scoring, and limit application renewals -Accept accountability for credits recommended -Lead,train and develop junior RMs and support staff within the team -Help develop individuals within the team to ensure effective succession planning and secure the future growth of the business. Be held responsible on Know Your Customer processes and affirmation, incl. suspicious transactions reporting and related disclosures according to Group Guidelines on Anti Money Laundering SELECTION CRITERIA: -University level qualifications in Finance,Economics,Commerce,Banking or Graduate(MBA preferred) -Experienced in corporate banking business with sound credit skills foundations -Good credit appraisal and marketing skills with the ability to interpret financial information -Good knowledge of banking products, policies, guidelines, corporate law, and various industries -Knowledge of cash management,trade and global markets products, the related documentation and associated risks -General understanding of the economic,political and business environment of the region -Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for client needs -Teamwork,decision making and strong inter-personal skills -Demonstration of the Bank's Core Values -Ability to interact at a very senior level within the clients' organizations -Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation handling skills & CSA qualification -Good communication and negotiation skills with multi-cultural awareness -Good English & PC skills |
